Arcadia Desiccant TA595 Series – 5″ Access Ports
Large Access Solution for Storage, Testing, and Cable Routing
Arcadia Desiccant’s TA595 series 5-inch Access Ports offer a secure and efficient method for accessing desiccant compartments, data storage, accessory spaces, or performing diagnostic testing within containers—without the need to fully open them. These ports also serve as temporary pass-throughs for cabling and tubing, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial and logistics applications.
This series builds on the proven design of the TA495 but with a larger 4.90″ (124 mm) clear opening, and mounts into a 5.52″ (140 mm) diameter hole. Each unit is supplied with a gasket, washer, and spanner nut for installation.
Mounting Note: Designed for installation on smooth, flat surfaces only. Improper sealing may occur if mounted on curved, domed, or rough surfaces.

Valve Compatibility

TA595-3: Includes a 1.050″ (26 mm) cover hole for installing TA238, TA240-R, TA330, TA333-R, or TA340-R Two-Way Pressure Relief Valves (valves sold separately).

TA595-4: Includes a 1.265″ (32 mm) cover hole for a TA440 Breather Valve (sold separately).

TA595-5: Includes a 2.015″ (52 mm) cover hole for mounting a TA770-R Two-Way Pressure Relief Valve (sold separately).
Tamper-Resistant Design
Holes in both the cover and flange accommodate safety wiring or inspector seals to prevent tampering and ensure compliance.

The TA595 (solid cover model) is suitable for use with NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 5, 6, 12, 12K, and 13 enclosures, as well as IP66/IP67 rated enclosures. It may also be compatible with other NEMA or IP-rated enclosures depending on the application.
