Manual Relief Valves & Filler Valves
Manual Valves differ from the Breather Valves as they do not open automatically but require active input from somebody to activate them.
The TA316 is a manual relief valve that can be mounted in a 13mm diameter hole, it has a “push to open” function which permits pressure equalisation even when wearing artic gloves. TA317 is supplied without hex nut.
The TA327 is a manual relief valve that can be mounted through a 13mm diameter hole. This is a “turn to open” manual relief valve with a recessed captive screw that has a coin or screwdriver slot that must be rotated 1 or 2 turns to open. TA238 is supplied without hex nut.
The TA321 is a low-profile manual relief valve that can be mounted through a 13mm diameter hole. This has a knurled knob which is captive for turning by hand.
Manual Relief Valves are rated to NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 5, 6, 12, 12K and 13 enclosures, as well as IP65/IP67 enclosures.
Filler Valves TA322 & TA322-SS
The TA322 filler valve is designed to be fitted to containers and equipment so they can be pressurised or Dry Gas Purged with either Dry Nitrogen or Dry Air. Our TA322-ADT is the required adaptor that we can supply to allow our Purging System to be connected to the filler valve.
Also available is the TA322-SS which is a stainless variant of the TA322.
