The TA797 high-flow two-way relief valve from Arcadia Desiccant is designed to deliver high-performance airflow in both pressure and vacuum directions—within the same 4-inch diameter housing. It offers similar pressure relief characteristics to the Arcadia Desiccant TA796 one-way valve, while adding vacuum relief capability for comprehensive pressure management in sealed enclosures.
Innovative Dual-Actuation Design

In the pressure direction, the TA797 uses rare earth magnets to enable rapid, full valve opening once the set cracking pressure is reached—providing superior flow rates compared to spring-based valves.

In the vacuum direction, the valve uses a traditional spring-and-poppet mechanism, offering reliable airflow control as vacuum levels increase, though with a more gradual opening profile than the magnetic side.
