The TA356 is a clear anodized aluminum Humidity Indicator Plug, designed for installation through a 1.05 in. (26 mm) diameter hole in a flexible barrier. It is supplied with a mounting nut and two gaskets. For use in a rigid container, one gasket can be removed and the nut reversed for proper installation.
The standard model (TA356-40) includes a 40% humidity indicator disc. Optional discs showing multiple humidity levels are available, as shown in the table below. The suffix in the part number denotes the humidity values and segment type. For example, TA356-234P includes a pie-type disc indicating 20%, 30%, and 40% humidity.

The TA356 is suitable for enclosures rated NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 5, 6, 12, 12K, and 13, as well as IP66 and IP67. It may also be compatible with other NEMA/IP enclosures depending on the application.
