The TA383 humidity indicator plug is designed to monitor moisture levels within engine cylinders during transport and storage. It provides a clear visual alert when desiccant replacement is needed, helping to prevent corrosion inside the engine block.
Engineered specifically for use in engine cylinders, the TA383 installs into an 18-1.5 mm threaded boss—the same thread size as standard automotive spark plugs. The integrated O-ring ensures an airtight seal with minimal installation torque.
