The TA354 is a clear anodized aluminum Humidity Indicator Plug, similar in design to the TA356 but extended by 1/2″ to accommodate thicker walls. While the TA356 supports wall thicknesses up to 0.23″, the TA354 is suitable for walls up to 0.75″ (actual maximum recommended: 0.67″ or 17 mm).
It installs into a flexible barrier via a 1.05 in. (26 mm) diameter hole and comes complete with a mounting nut and two gaskets. For use in rigid containers, one gasket can be removed and the nut reversed to ensure a secure fit.
The standard model (TA354-40) includes a 40% humidity indicator disc. Optional multi-point indicator discs are available, as shown in the chart below. The suffix in each part number specifies the humidity levels and segment type. For example, TA354-234P includes a pie-type disc indicating 20%, 30%, and 40% humidity.
