With a range of membrane technologies with filtration efficiencies from 0.1 micron to 3 microns, our unique breathable membranes have a high vapour porosity combined with a non-shedding ability. The Ultra Clean Desiccant sachets can be used for various applications in which reduce humidity is required along with no dusting or contamination to the equipment or product needing protection.
Typical applications such as optical lens packaging will protect the lenses where abrasive standard desiccant bags could scratch or delaminate the coatings, laser cavities, photonics, medical, pharmaceutical. Ultra Clean Desiccant Bags are available to be manufactured containing both silica gel desiccant and molecular sieve desiccants. The molecular sieve desiccant can also be tailored to specific angstrom sizes, so can be Grade 3A for pharmaceutical and medical application, Grade 4A for Laser and Optical applications and Grade 5A for Explosives and Ordnance.
