Polymer Desiccant Blocks and Moisture Adsorbing Desiccant Sheets
For many applications it may not be possible to use standard Desiccant Bags or Conventional Static Desiccators. This may be due to available space or the mechanical requirements of the equipment or item being protected.
Our M.A.D.S. are Moisture Adsorbing Desiccant Sheets that can be supplied in A4 size sheets or can be supplied punched to specific sizes to meet your custom requirements. These sheets can be formed from silica gel desiccant or tailored to specific grades of molecular sieve desiccant, thus allowing for a variation in the overall adsorption characteristics and capacity of the material.
M.A.P.P. is our Moulded Adsorption Polymer Pieces, these solid desiccant parts can be moulded into specific shapes that can meet the custom designs from our customers. Alternatively, they can be machined from standard blocks. Using a unique rapid injection moulded technique, we can produce low-cost tooling to allow for a cost effective solution for many different applications. The custom parts can be fastened in place using adhesives, double sided pressure sensitive tapes or mechanical retention methods like screws.
Both the M.A.D.S and M.A.P.P. materials provide a uniform environment for complete humidity control. They are clean, flexible, high-capacity adsorbing products and are ideally suited to the below applications.
